Well Summer is sure taking its time to get here this year but never fear, here at MBC we are gearing up none the less.  Our 2013 batch of “Summer Love” that famous, refreshing, light wheat with an ever so small hint of honey is on the way.  Stay tuned to our MBC facebook page to find out the day it is on tap and ready to serve along with all of the other great summer brews that Brewmaster Mike has in store for us this summer!

If you haven’t tried our new “Toasted Winter Lager” be sure to stop by MBC for a pint before it is gone. Its a roasty toasty delight that malt lovers and hop heads alike are sure to love. It’s a big beer at 7.2% ABV but drinks light and refreshing. This great beer is going quick so don’t miss out!

MBC now has our legendary “Beadles Best Bitter” back on tap for a limited time. This is a a brew with the perfect balance of hops and malts with a silky smooth finish that you will love.

In the mood for something a little sweeter our taps are also sporting a super tasty Belgium triple. Sweetened with real Belgium candy sugar and fermented 3 times this beer is a real treat boasting a ABV of 8.2%. Come on by and claim yours before its too late.

Just put the 2012 batch of Octoberfest on yesterday! It is sweet malty and delicious. Come grab a pint!

Its here the all new “Midnight Harvest Wet Hopped Black IPA”
I know its a mouthful of a name but wait until you taste it! This Amazing black IPA is brewed with freshly harvested local Centennial and Cascade hops. Hops grown on Old Mission Peninsula were picked and in the brew kettle in less than 8 hours. The end result is possibly the freshest hopped beer you have ever tasted. Dark, rich, and chocolaty coming in at 7.8% ABV and IBU 35 to 40 check out the Midnight Harvest.

Independence day is just around the corner and to celebrate MBC will be tapping the 2012 batch of CHERRY LAGER on July 4th! This is a light crisp lager brewed with local cherrys and its a don’t miss for the summer months. See ya soon…

As of Memorial Day weekend “SUMMER LOVE ” has been on tap and flowing. At MBC we don’t officially recognize the start of summer until we start pouring the LOVE! Summer Love is a light refreshing American wheat beer that is served with a lemon and packs a crisp clean finish.
